UMA RECEITA COM (APENAS) 3 INGREDIENTES

Não é uma receita nova para mim. Na verdade, já faço estes "Ferrero Rocher" há vários anos e cheguei, até, a receber encomendas. Sempre os ofereci na altura do Natal, juntamente com granola, bolachas e doces caseiros. Esses, sim, são os meus presentes favoritos.

Estes ferrero rocher são feitos com apenas 3 ingredientes e não têm açúcar refinado. Mas, por serem tão doees, ninguém diria que não têm (muito menos as crianças que costumam delirar com eles!). São adoçados com tâmaras e têm cacau. E o outro ingrediente, claro, teriam de ser as avelãs!

Vamos à receita destes ferrero rocher numa versão 100% vegetal? Podes ver ainda o vídeo que publiquei no meu instagram com o passo a passo desta receita deliciosa.

ingredientes:

- 2 cups de avelã torrada (ou manteiga de avelã)

- 1 cup de avelã torrada

- 5 tâmaras mejool descaroçadas

- 2 c de sopa de cacau cru em pó + 1 pouco para polvilhar

- Metades e avelã para rechear

preparação:

1. Começar por fazer a manteiga de avelã - num processador de alimentos potente, colocar os 2 cups de avelã e triturar até ficar com consistência cremosa (pode demorar alguns minutos, dependendo da potência do processador). Colocar num frasco hermético.

2. No mesmo processador, colocar as restantes avelãs e triturar até obter uma farinha. Acrescentar as tâmaras e o cacau e triturar até obter uma mistura pegajosa, que dê para moldar.

3. Fazer pequenas bolinhas com as mãos e cortar ao meio, com uma faca, cada bolinha. Colocar lá dentro uma metade de avelã e um pouco da manteiga e voltar a fechar, tendo em atenção para não colocar demasiado recheio para não sair por fora. Repetir o processo até ficar sem massa.

4. Passar por cacau em pó ou farinha de avelã e guardar no frigorífico até 1 semana
